I like to do a little bit of everything. I don't often spell check my posts. I have five kids. I love a good book. I am a want-to-be runner who loves chocolate and diet coke a little too much. I love to make lists. I love even more to cross things off my list.
My four year old (at the time) took this picture of me while I was making peanut butter sandwiches for lunch. He took about 100 more pictures of people's bums and his face too. You never know what you will get when they get ahold of my phone. And they always make me laugh.
Our marriage has been an adventure. In 14 years we've lived in 3 states and moved 10 times. We've survived late nights studying for medical school and the grueling long hours of residency. We made the most amazing friends and made the best memories during those years. After 11 years of school and training my husband and I took a leap of faith and opened our own podiatry medical practice this year in his hometown.
I'm not afraid to work for what I want. I love being a stay at home mom. I work before the sun comes up at a part time job and after the kids go to bed I use my background in marketing to help our little podiatry practice grow.
Before kids I worked in public relations and marketing. My husband and I both graduated from the University of Utah. But he bleeds BYU blue and I bleed Ute red.
I like to craft.
I sometimes scrapbook.
I don't like heights or the dark.

I don't like heights or the dark.
I like to cook....sometimes I post recipes.
I sleep on every 4th Thursday of the odd months that start with the letter M between the hours of 2-4am: which also means never. Just kidding...kind of. Unless, of course, I am trying to watch a movie with the hubs, and then I will fall asleep in no time without fail.
I blog because every day goes by so fast.
Moments pass me by.
And I want to remember them.
Above all else I love my faith and my family.
I am happy.
I am Mormon.
I look for the positive every day.
It is always there.
Sometimes you just have to look for it.

Sometimes you just have to look for it.
I love to serve.
I love to learn and to grow.
I am a daughter of God.
